Store Policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING : All orders will take 1-4 business days to process before they are shipped. Once orders are processed for delivery and shipped, every customer will receive a tracking number with their order(s). 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders must be cancelled within 10 hours of the initial purchase in order to receive a refund. After 10 hours the order can no longer be cancelled and processing will be continued. 



For hygienic reasons, all cosmetics are final sale. If product is received damaged or broken, and is reported within 24 hours of receiving it, another product can be shipped for free as a replacement or a refund of 80% of the final price can be issued. 


For hygienic reasons, all bodysuits are not eligible to be returned after 5 days of receiving. They must not be worn or opened


All customized drinkware are final sale. For hygienic reasons, all hydration pouches are all final sale. All other drinkware are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving and must not be used.


All sale items are final sale. In order to return any eligible items, you must send an email with your order number, name, proof of payment and reason for return. Once approved, return address will be provided.
