Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us for support—we’re happy to help where we can.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund on shipping costs.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout for select customers. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of receiving your pickup notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.
