Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please request a return from your order profile OR contact us at feteexpert@gmail.comwith your order number  If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 


 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bodysuits and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery (Fishnets, stockings, socks)
  • Cosmetic products

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
To request an exchange for eligible items, contact us at sales@feteexpert.com with your order number, items, and reason for exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds may be issued either:

  • To your original payment method, or
  • As store credit
  • This will be determined at our discretion based on the nature of the return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process refunds




Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address are not eligible for shipping refunds.

  • Items that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted.
